On March 7, 2021, the traditional XIV Festival of Culture, Sports and Arts took place. We did not collect the footage. The festival was held in real time. The main criterion of the festival was its mass character.And we did it!In total, 329 students took part in the sporting events of the event.At first glance, the tasks for the participants in the competition looked not at all difficult, even funny – to perform exercises with a bottle of water in 45 seconds. But the exercises are quite difficult. These exercises required more effort on the part of the students than under normal conditions. The girls worked with a 1 kg bottle of water, and the boys – 1.5 kg. And all this in a cultural atmosphere of healthy competition!Importantly, these exercises do not require sports equipment. And most importantly, anyone could attend the Festival in real time, watching the progress of the competition and the bright performances of the student club. After the end of the online competition, the winners were announced.
